Here you can draft and submit your registration, as well as view and send messages.

The 6-week registration period for the 2024 Intake of the Scheme has now closed.

Draft (unsubmitted) registrations are no longer available for editing, and new registrations cannot be created.

Completed, submitted registrations will now be assessed by Health New Zealand Te Whatu Ora. Registration does not guarantee a place on the Scheme, If places on the Scheme are over-subscribed, a selection process may be undertaken. If we need more information to assess your registration, we will contact you, via a portal message and/or email.

If exceptional circumstances caused you to be unable to submit your registration on time, please contact the Voluntary Bonding Scheme team by sending a portal message using the 'New message' button.

Once the assessment and approvals process is complete, at that point we can advise 2024 registrants as to whether they have been formally accepted to the Scheme. You will be notified by email that the outcome of your registration is available to view in the portal. It is anticipated outcome notifications will be issued in May 2024.
